Created with teachers for teachers, parents and non-profits to quickly level books by either scanning the ISBN barcode of a book or entering the full title of the book. (Keyboard or voice input) UPC BARCODES ARE RETAIL STORE BARCODES AND NOT ISBN #'s and will NOT WORK with this app. This time effective tool allows you to quickly level, sort and create leveled libraries in your classrooms, or to select an appropriate book for your children at a bookstore, library or garage sale.
Most School Districts and school PTA's will reimburse the cost of this app.
Upon scanning the ISBN or entering the book title: the Grade Level Equivalent, Lexile Measure, DRA and Guided Reading Level are provided, along with a picture of the book cover. The database of books that are leveled consists of 250,000+books and counting.As an additional benefit, this app is recommended to parents to allow them to make informed decisions when purchasing "just right books" for their children.
